QUNZY STUDIO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At QUNZY STUDIO, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. We carefully craft each product to meet the highest quality standards, but if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items returned with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

SIZING ISSUES

  • If your item doesn’t match the size chart, please contact us with photos, and we’ll help you with the return.
  • If the size chart was missed (each product has its own measurements), we kindly ask that return shipping is covered by the customer.

SPECIAL MERCHANDISE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are final sale or non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  4. Accessories
  5. Items labeled as non-returnable
  6. Gift cards

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return your product for:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange for another product
  • Refund to your original payment method

(Original shipping fees are non-refundable. QUNZY STUDIO does not provide prepaid return labels.)

How to return or exchange:

  1. Submit your request through the Return Portal.
  2. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  3. If exchanging, note the new size or product (availability not guaranteed).
  4. Mail your package to the address provided.
  5. Once we inspect your return, your refund or replacement will be processed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll fix it fast!

REFUNDS

  • A tracking number is required for all returns; returns without tracking cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Return shipping, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Orders purchased using store credit from a previous return are not eligible for free return shipping.

UNCLAIMED / INCORRECT ADDRESS PARCELS

If a package is returned due to:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete address
  2. Failure to pick up from the local post office
  3. Refusal of delivery

…the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

PEAK SEASON PROCESSING

During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday, etc.), return and refund processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

FINAL NOTES
